Start of Project 60
So today Ive deleted all the contents of this blog to start a personal project called 60. It’s a personal challenge to lose 20 lbs and be fit in 60 days or two months. Kaya ko to!
I have gained a huge number of lbs since I last stopped doing circuit training due to some problem with the skeds and being lazy. At 5’5 short, now I’m weighing 154 lbs which is very unhealthy for me and already moving into obesity.
So reasons why I need to lose weight?
* Be fit and healthy.
* Feel good and look good.
* Self fulfillment.
So today is March 27, 2012. Project 60’s final date is May 27, 2012. Target weight is 125lbs.
How to Lose 20 lbs. of Fat in 30 Days… Without Doing Any Exercise
Rule #1: Avoid “white” carbohydrates
Rule #2: Eat the same few meals over and over again
Rule #3: Don’t drink calories
Rule #4: Take one day off per week
Gone for so long!
Well, I have been away from multiply for so long. Been so busy with my facebook and twitter accounts. For the past two months, I have been busy with my offline life as well. I kinda miss blogging on my multiply. Multiply serves as a medium where i can post all my dreams, aspirations, frustrations, and such. It’s the place where I can create my own world with out no boundaries. Anyway, Im back!
Clearing my path
Im once again clearing my pathway….and will now soar higher….and this time around, will be steadfast and focus up! And now HE has reminded me again of my purpose while I walk amongst you today…I will once again fly this race and will not turn back…I’ll finish the course! For there are only few people like us today. Some finished their flight., some went astray. We will finish our journey! Destiny fulfilled!
